    Rock was my Team Leader in Afghanistan, during the time I was overweight and barely able to pass my physical fitness test for the Army. He took the time to train me on muscle endurance and taught me proper form with weight training and correct programs for cardio.

    After conducting training consistently with Rock I was able to become faster and stronger for my PT Test for the Army. My push-ups increased along with my sit-ups and my 2-mile run went from 14:45 minutes to 12:30 minutes.

    Rhonnie has been an inspiration for me and we are starting on our next 6 months of sessions. I searched for a personal trainer when I was diagnosed with osteoporosis. My primary care providers said the best thing I could do for my health was strength and balance training. Boy does Rhonnie push me, just enough! Now I can walk up the apartment stairs without pain. I’m happier and don’t feel like I’m 68 years old! She keeps our sessions interesting with a variety of exercises that include strength training and balance. I am saddened that I had to end my training with Rhonnie for personal reasons, and I hope to pick up my training with her this summer. So as for as for training with Rhonnie, 10/10 recommend!!!!!
