We are Rock and Rhonnie Mapp, husband and wife certified personal trainers who help men and women build muscle, tone, lose weight and become more functional through strength training. We provide our high quality coaching that specializes in strength & functional/mobility training. We will help you reach your fitness goals by not only showing you proper techniques on how to perfect your balance, coordination and develop core strength but we will also guide and teach you how to lose weight, tone and build muscle through strength training as these are key features that are needed as you grow older. We also help you with your nutritional goals while still enjoying the foods that you love and helping you sustain a healthier lifestyle outside your gym sessions with us.

Join us every Saturday at 9AM as we focus on strength and functional training. If your goal is to lose weight, have more endurance, and build muscle then this class is for you! All fitness levels are welcome.
