How We Train AT MTF

Our training isn’t random—it’s structured for results.

We follow a strategic weekly split designed to help you build strength, improve conditioning, and stay consistent without burning out. Each day has a purpose, allowing you to train smarter, recover properly, and see real progress whether you train 2 days or 6 days per week.

With our signature 3-block system—Strength, Muscle Building, and Conditioning—you’ll experience a balanced approach that challenges your body while keeping workouts engaging and effective.

I have been a client of Mapp to Fitness since July 2022. When I started I had not exercised in many years and had a major surgery 5 months prior. My goal when I started was to continue to lose weight, build muscle and improve my overall health and mobility. I have received amazing support and encouragement and have made great progress with my goals. I love the positive and fun environment and love that I continue to see progress. Rhonnie and Rock are genuinely kind and talented people that care deeply about helping all of their clients meet their goals. You can start at any level and they will make modifications as needed. They will provide gentle encouragement to push yourself to reach your goals.
